Our team reviews your inquiry

Our leadership team will review your inquiry and contact you to discuss the project, property, location, timing and budget. This is a real conversation, not an automated response.
Meet at the property

The initial property consultation is complimentary. Mike or Zach listens, evaluates the conditions, and begins identifying practical solutions appropriate to your site and budget.
Review the design and proposal

Simple projects move directly to a detailed written proposal. Complex projects may require a design phase. We explain the process clearly before anything begins so you always know what to expect.
Approve the plan

Before work begins, you review and approve the written scope, contract, price, payment schedule, and timeline. There are no surprises after you sign — if something changes, we discuss it with you first.
Build with care

Mike or Zach personally helps start major projects with you and the crew. They remain involved throughout the work, not just at the beginning and end.
Complete it properly

We review the completed work together, address any questions, and confirm that everything agreed upon has been delivered. Our goal is that you are genuinely satisfied, not just done.
